Son nom vient de l\u2019\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne sous forme de monom\u00e8re\u00a0; le poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne est produit en utilisant de l\u2019\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne. Dans l\u2019industrie du plastique, il est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement mentionn\u00e9 par l\u2019abr\u00e9viation PE. La mol\u00e9cule d\u2019\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne C2H4 se compose en fait de deux mol\u00e9cules CH2 li\u00e9es avec une double liaison. (CH2=CH2). Le mode de production du poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne est effectu\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019aidede la polym\u00e9risation d\u2019\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne. La m\u00e9thode de polym\u00e9risation peut se r\u00e9aliser \u00e0 l\u2019aide de la polym\u00e9risation radicale, polym\u00e9risation anionique, polym\u00e9risation de coordination d\u2019ion et les m\u00e9thodes de polym\u00e9risation cationique. Les caract\u00e9ristiques m\u00e9caniques d\u00e9pendent du poids mol\u00e9culaire, la structure de cristal et le type de d\u00e9rivation.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>UHMWPE (PE de poids mol\u00e9culaire tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9)<\/li>\n<li>HDPE (PE de forte concentration)<\/li>\n<li>HDXLPE (PE de forte concentration et liaison crois\u00e9e)<\/li>\n<li>PEX (PE \u00e0 liaison crois\u00e9e)<\/li>\n<li>MDPE (PE de concentration moyenne)<\/li>\n<li>LDPE (PE de faible concentration)<\/li>\n<li>LLDPE (PE de faible concentration \u00e0 liaison lin\u00e9aire)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>CARACTERISTIQUE<\/h2>\n<p>Bien que ses caract\u00e9ristiques diff\u00e8rent selon les types, il est possible de consid\u00e9rer comme caract\u00e9ristique g\u00e9n\u00e9rale sa bonne r\u00e9sistance contre les conditions ext\u00e9rieures et l\u2019humidit\u00e9, sa flexibilit\u00e9, sa force m\u00e9canique faible et haute r\u00e9sistance chimique.
